Senior Solution Architect

We’re looking for somebody with at least 10+ years of experience with:

  • .NET (including .Net 3.5 or above)

  • ASP.NET

  • VB.NET/C#

  • SQL Server 2005/2008

  • Web development in general: HTML, JavaScript, CSS

  • Version control, preferably SVN

  • Had you been with us last month, this is what you would have done:

  • Reviewed Product Phase Requirements with product managers and suggested Best-Fit Design Direction

  • Worked on high level and details design architecture and scoping of requirements

  • Advocated for the priority of a highly requested feature

  • Participated in a Scrum call discussing the status of the project

  • Designed SQL database tables and triggers

  • Worked on multiple applications switching from classic asp,asp.net, MVC to social media integration

  • Designed InstallScripts used by Install Shield to Build A Single Product Installer

  • Written integration (SSO) web services in PHP, Java, and .NET

  • Worked on deploying and troubleshooting azure cloud application

  • Researched open source software, joomla, wordpress, PCI compliance, etc.

  • Debugged why the application is not working on production, what is causing the sql query on a landing page to take forever to run

  • Helped a solution architect with linq query and reports using Microsoft Report Writer

  • Created process documents like FAQs on Google docs

  • Resolved about 20 support cases over the course of the month

  • Peer reviewed the write requests sent to team member for approval

  • Enjoyed congratulations from co-workers when the company receives public praise because of the support you gave

  • Took a break from development and support to pair program on innovation projects and training endeavors
