Governor Scott McCallum, President & CEO
Gov. McCallum, former Governor of Wisconsin, has more than 30 years of executive experience leading organizations in the private, non profit, and government sectors. Elected as one of the youngest State Senators in Wisconsin history, he was re-elected twice, then elected four times as Lt. Governor prior to serving as Governor. As Governor of WI, Gov. McCallum was cited by the Wall Street Journal during the economic slowdown of 2001 as being one of the 'political tough guys' for balancing the budget without raising taxes, while enacting economic reforms and creating efficiencies using technology.

Gov. McCallum has taught Public Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has been an Executive in Residence instructor for Northwestern University, has taught marketing at Sun Yat-Sen University and Hunan University in China. He teaches in the School of Health and Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has numerous publications, most recently a chapter in "Managing Technology to Meet your Mission," and the article "How Technology is Transforming Disaster Relief." He sits on several boards of directors. Gov. McCallum was a finalist for the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. He is a co-author of "Managing Technology to Meet Your Mission: A Strategic Guide for Nonprofit Leaders" published by the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN).

Gov. McCallum serves as President and CEO of The Aidmatrix Foundation, the leading global nonprofit that uses information technology to create efficiencies between donors and those in need. During his tenure, Aidmatrix has grown to globally transact $1.5 billion annually with operations on six continents and with over 35,000 end user organizations. Keith Thode, COO & CTO
Mr. Thode leads the daily operations of Aidmatrix, after serving in consulting and leadership roles in major technology firms like Accenture and i2 Technologies. As COO he governs business development, technology research and production, constituent relations, marketing and development, programming and systems management. He has been a founding force, building Aidmatrix since its foundation in 2001.

Mr. Thode began his career with four years at Andersen Consulting, implementing enterprise systems for clients such as Georgia Pacific, Delta Air Lines and Mando Machinery (Republic of Korea). Later, he worked for Enterprise Resource Planning technology leader Baan Company, eventually becoming the firm’s Consulting Director for the Western U.S. While at Baan, Keith led the implementation team, bringing to market Baan’s B2B/e-commerce products. As Consulting Delivery Director for i2 Technology’s 2Source program, he led the implementation of Supplier Relationship Management products through a partnership with EDS and AT Kearney.

He holds a Summa Cum Laude masters degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University and a bachelor of science in Economics and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. In addition to his work with Aidmatrix, Mr. Thode serves on several boards and holds officer capacities in other nonprofit organizations including 121 Community Church, NPower Texas and The European Committee of Young Life International.

Mr. Thode is a co-author of "Managing Technology to Meet Your Mission: A Strategic Guide for Nonprofit Leaders" published by the Nonprofit Technology Network (NTEN). He is lead-author on the article “Manufacture-for-Donation: Driving Bottom-Line Performance Through Contributions to Run Strategy Optimization,” published in the peer-reviewed International Journal of Nonprofit and Voluntary Sector Marketing. Mr. Thode is also a frequent speaker at nonprofit industry conferences.

Melis Jones, Vice President
Ms. Jones serves as Vice President at Aidmatrix, where she focuses on new partner development, sustainability initiatives, education and training, sales force management and specifically leads the Medical and Texas-based projects. She has a strong background in technology, marketing and project management, with more than 12 years experience in management positions within the technology field.

In her prior career, Ms. Jones worked at i2 Technologies, the leading provider of supply chain management solutions, where she was Director of Corporate Marketing and responsible for global marketing programs. She managed a budget of more than $20 million and teams of several hundred members.

Ms. Jones was responsible for raising over $2 million in corporate sponsorships on an annual basis and organizing over 100 programs, both international and domestic. She was honored with the Silver Anvil award in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America. Her volunteer efforts are extensive, including serving as a board member of Pratham and working with the Leukemia Society and local charitable organizations. Ms. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Trinity University in San Antonio.

Michael A. Ross, Vice President, Delivery
Mr. Ross holds the title of Vice President, Delivery responsible for all of Aidmatrix technology development, product delivery, systems management, as well as architecture formation and budget implementation. He has managed many large Availability and Disaster Recovery projects, most recently as Director of Product Management at Lakeview Technology. He also has extensive experience with the integration of High Availability software in J.D. Edwards World and One World ERP solution environments.

Prior to Lakeview, Mr. Ross served as the Enterprise Technology Specialist for DeVry Inc. and as an Operations/Project manager with Graward General Inc., giving him first-hand knowledge of the demanding realities of managing all aspects of IT operations, from implementing 50,000 node WANs to managing the architecture, planning and capital budgeting for multi-platform technology investments.

Mr. Ross received his Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. He holds many IT industry credentials and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional.

Rajesh Krishnamohan, Senior Director, Delivery
Mr. Krishnamohan, serving as Senior Director, Delivery, has more than 12 years experience in the area of Software Design, including Research, Design and Development, and his last seven years have been dedicated to the nonprofit technology sector. He leads the Technology team within Aidmatrix and has been working with Aidmatrix since its inception.

Mr. Krishnamohan began his career with three years at Ibhar Software Private Limited (India) in the field of design and research of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) products including key customers OTIS elevators Australia, Larsen and Toubro India and Mercury International Nederland. In 1997, he was ranked #1 in the all-India power builder/Oracle examination conducted by APTECH.

His U.S. career began in 2000 when he implemented Commerce One's Business to Business and eCommerce products for a leading company in San Francisco. He then joined i2 Technologies and acquired extensive knowledge in various Supply Chain products: Procurement, Factory Planner, Inventory Listing, Storefront Selling, Group Buy, Inventory Planner, Demand Planner, Transportation Optimizer, Bid Ask Exchange and others. While at i2, Mr. Krishnamohan was the primary development team member for the creation of “Online Agency Ordering” for North Texas Food Bank. With Aidmatrix, Mr. Krishnamohan has been the key Technical Architect for much of our Aidmatrix solutions. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and a post- graduation diploma in Software Engineering from India. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Shari Temple, Managing Director, Europe, Middle East Africa
Ms. Temple spent more than 30 years working for high technology global corporations before joining the Aidmatrix Foundation team in April 2005. She is Managing Director of our Europe operations. During her corporate career, Ms. Temple held a variety of management positions in information technology, consulting, sales, business development and marketing. She worked directly for i2 Technologies, Bearing Point Consulting, Texas Instruments and NCR Corporation. Most of her work was supply chain related – helping corporations improve their supply chain networks and cost.

Ms. Temple’s current role with Aidmatrix uses her corporate experiences to progress the nonprofit. She has brought Aidmatrix solution technologies to more than 30 additional international charitable organizations in 18 countries. Ms. Temple holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas and has resided in Munich, Germany since 2001.

Kuldip Nar, Managing Director, India
Mr. Nar has spent more than 15 years working across industry verticals i.e., global trading, media, technology and travel before joining the Aidmatrix Foundation team in 2007. He is Managing Director of India operations. During his career Mr. Nar, held a variety of management positions in technology, communications, business development and marketing. Most of his work was related with technology integration for scalability and growth. He has also successfully taken ahead start ups and provided strategic and implementation support for many Civil Society Organisations. Mr. Nar's current role with Aidmatrix uses his corproate experiences to progress the organisation internationally. His core functional area is to create value for cross sector partnerships for humanitarian relief.
