Digital Hub

Use our Digital Hub module to enable data integration into your existing internal ERP or Supply Chain systems to optimize workflow and effort.

This internet-compatible, web-serivces framework enables you to unpack the value of the data you have in the Aidmatrix Network in three main formats:

1. Use the Digital Hub to pull information out of the Aidmatrix Network for use in another system. For example, if you have transactional data (lists of transportation services, volunteers, etc.) that data can be pulled out of the Aidmatrix Network and put into another system, like a master reporting system, and therefore tie these two systems together. Or if you want to see the "posted needs" from the Aidmatrix Network through you ERP system, you can display the needs right where you need it so you can make quick and timely business decisions.

2. Use the Digital Hub to put in new data from another system into the Aidmatrix Network. Let us say you have another volunteer management system, you can take the data out of the other system and programatically input data into the Aidmatrix Network. This minimizes out-of-synch data, administrative time, duplicative effort, and manual error.

3. Use the Digital Hub to update existing information in the Aidmatrix Network with data from another system. Similar to inputting new data into the Aidmatrix Network, this feature enables you to update existing records with new attributes. For instance, if you have a contact record in both systems and you need to update the phone number for that contact, it can automatically update both systems.

You can implement the data integration for real-time integration, scheduled integration or on-demand integration.

The net benefit of the Digital Hub module is that it provides maximum flexibility for the Aidmatrix Network to fit into your existing operations today, while improving overall efficiency.
