As you acquire new vehicles, simply use the online entry form to capture all the identifying characteristics of the vehicle for your inventory. Log acquisition date, fleet assignment, chassis/engine/registration numbers, cost, year/make/model, designation, vehicle type, fuel type, tank capacity and more. Then, view the full inventory in real-time, on-demand.

Track Service Information and Odometer Readings
Use this tool to track dates of service, cost, specific service-related comments, odometer readings and dates. All of this information is cataloged so that you can pull up reports on-demand to prepare planned service schedules and to make informed decisions regarding budgets for annual maintenance, replacement schedules and more.

Manage Main and Sub Fleets
Organize your vehicles into main and sub fleets. View vehicles by main and sub fleet totals: owned, leased, fleet administrators, etc.

Point and Click Reporting
Use the Fleet Inventory Report and Vehicle Report to pull all the details on your automotive assets. Reporting can be run on all aspects of the application. Export reports to Microsoft Excel® for integration with other systems or for data sharing purposes. Do comparative reporting by country for: repair rates, mileage, utilization, kilometers per liter / miles per gallon and more.
