Integrate this tool with your vendors’ online catalogs so that merchandise updates are quickly visible. It supports adding multiple vendor catalogs and integrating them into a consolidated view of available products.
Shoppers Review Available Products
You and your partners log in and view available products. Compare prices from different vendors along with product details and select the items best suited to your needs. A customizable homepage enables you to display quick reference information (i.e. vendor phone numbers, processes etc.), in order to quickly address questions that arise during the procurement process.
Easy Shopping Cart & Checkout
Point and click shopping cart features work quickly and easily using standard icons and functions. Select the items you wish to purchase, put them in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Tool calculates shipping, handling and tax and issues an immediate receipt. Supports multiple live order formats to deliver the order to your supplier instantly, including xml and email.
Track Order History
The real-time reporting enables you to pull up your order history at any time. Use this report to help better understand your purchasing patterns and to optimize them. Knowing how much you spend on a recurring basis helps you better negotiate discounted rates with suppliers.
Save Favorites
Do you have items that you purchase every month? Save them to your favorites for easy access each time you log in. Then simply add them to your shopping cart and complete your purchase with ease.
Aggregate Purchasing Power for Maximum Benefit
