What Others Are Saying

"I cannot say enough how grateful we are as an organization to have the privilege of working with The Aidmatrix Foundation. Aidmatrix enables our Network of Member food banks to bring food to the tables of hungry Americans across the country more efficiently.

We have worked with Aidmatrix over the past several years and each year we are pleased to partner with them in the fight against hunger. They understand our mission and they are remarkable in their ability to deliver solutions that are effective, stable and rapidly implemented.

Not only is Aidmatrix enthusiastic about their technical capability to bring solutions to relief organizations, but their passion for the work that we and other nonprofit organizations do is undeniable. What's great about this quality is that they are willing to go to the same lengths we are to get things done."

Vicki Escarra - President and CEO, America's Second Harvest The Nation's Food Bank Network, Chicago, IL

"Given the complexity of matching needs and offers, it is very important to develop a systemic approach to managing disaster aid. Aidmatrix already has a proven track record, and has the expertise and experience to provide this service."

Stephen Jordan - Executive Director U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for Corporate Citizenship, Washington, DC

"We knew that working with Aidmatrix would bring us world-class technology. We have been fortunate to receive that technology from the hands of caring, committed and effective partners. They have our respect and our gratitude. (Aidmatrix was awarded the Technology Donor of the Year award in 2002.)"

David Prendergast, SVP Planning, America's Second Harvest

"I love it [Aidmatrix's solution]. It is very simple and doesn't take much time at all - so much easier than the processes we have used before. It used to be very time consuming to set up a food bank donation, but it isn't anymore."

Chris McLaughlin, Finished Goods Management, Kraft Foods

"We have been working with Aidmatrix to develop an application to manage the inventory in our Adventist Community Services Multi-agency Warehouses. Of course, because of the situation of Hurricane Katrina the development and implementation have gone into high gear. We have begun using this application in our warehouses to manage the inventory.

This application makes it possible to control the inventory as it comes into the warehouse and then track it as items are taken to the distribution areas. With pass codes, appropriate persons at the state and FEMA are able to look at the warehouse inventory in real time.

This application has tremendous potential. For example, if we use this system in many or all of the warehouses that are serving the victims. This means using it for more than the ACS managed, multi-agency warehouses. It seems to me that it would help the entire operation to be able to have an overview of what supplies were available and where. Then both the state and FEMA would be better able to place vital supplies where they are need and where they are in short supply.

As we are beginning to implement this software I see great potential in its uses. We of course have had to make adjustments and the Aidmatrix team has been willing to respond in an efficient, and time sensitive manner. The various managers have given me feedback on how much they enjoy working with the Aidmatrix team."

Joe Watts - Adventist Community Services National Disaster Director and Texas VOAD Vice President, Keane, TX

"The National Association of Free Clinics takes this opportunity to express our gratitude to Aidmatrix for its consistently excellent help and support of our mission.

Free Clinics are private, non-profit, community based organizations that provide medical, dental, pharmaceutical and/or mental health services at little or no cost to low-income, uninsured and underinsured people. They accomplish this through the use of volunteer health professionals and community volunteers. Each Free Clinic is unique in that its development and services are based on the particular needs and resources of the local community. Care is made possible through community donation of goods and services, volunteers, and funds. Free clinics generally receive no government support.

The NAFC is grateful for its partnership with Aidmatrix, which has added powerful technological solutions to our arsenal. The NAFC is now able to offer through its website donated products of significant value that Free Clinics can order on-line. Aidmatrix has also made it possible to offer the significant member benefit of group purchasing at deep discounts for products such as diabetic supplies in high day-to-day demand at Free Clinics. During the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, Aidmatrix helped the NAFC to be on the frontlines of support for Free Clinics in the Gulf Area and nearby states and provide much needed supplies. Our communications with members has improved and grown. Aidmatrix is helping to increase our membership and our strength as an organization.

All the Aidmatrix personnel with whom we have worked are of the highest caliber. We look forward to our continued partnership with them."

Bonnie A. Beavers, Esquire, Executive Director, National Association of Free Clinics, Washington D.C.
