Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Advisory Board

Shari Temple worked for more than 30 years for high-tech global corporations before joining the Aidmatrix Foundation team in 2005. She has worked for i2 Technologies, Bearing Point Consulting, Texas Instruments and NCR Corporation. Her work was primarily supply chain related – helping corporations improve their supply chain networks and costs. In her non-profit role, Ms. Temple has brought Aidmatrix solution technologies to more than 30 international charitable organizations in 18 countries. Ms. Temple earned a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Arkansas. She lives in Munich, Germany.

Aimie Chapple is the Head of Accenture’s Talent & Organisation United Kingdom and Ireland Practice. She has been with Accenture for over 15 years and has spent most of her career working with client organizations to manage large scale transformational change. Ms. Chapple’s particular expertise lies in Organization & Change Strategy, Human Capital Strategy, Business Transformation, & Complex Change Program Management.

In 2005 she was appointed Human Capital Strategy Executive Director, working with Accenture’s Chief Leadership Officer. In this role she was responsible for developing Accenture’s Human Capital Strategies in four key strategic markets. Ms. Chapple is based in London, England.

Sarah Lafferty leads an integrated team of consultants for Hoffman Public Relations in the U.K., Germany, France and Spain delivering regional communications campaigns for global technology companies.

In-house, Ms. Lafferty has served as marketing communications director, EMEA, for i2 technologies. She was responsible for building pan-European PR, analyst relations, internal and customer communications, and investor relations functions which included a network of 12 PR agencies and three regional PR managers.

Ms. Lafferty’s previous enterprise clients include business intelligence vendors Applix and QlikTech ,and Deloitte and Touche Consulting Group’s SAP consulting division. Ms. Lafferty is based in London, England.

Richard Lloyd has spent the last 15 years working in Supply Chain. Mr. Lloyd worked for Unilever as an internal consultant working in Latin America. He has worked for the past 8 years for i2 technologies. While at i2 he has worked as a solution architect and Program manager with major blue chip companies. Currently, he is a Consulting Director for a major i2 customer in the Nordics.

Mr. Lloyd earned a Master of Science in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Cranfield, UK. His first degree was in Ancient and Medieval History and Archaeology from Birmingham University, UK. He recently completed the Advanced Management Program at the Instituto de Empresa, Madrid and lectures at Massachusetts Institute of Technology´s campus in Zaragoza, Spain. Mr. Lloyd is a member of the advisory Board for MIT's Supply Chain 2020 project. He lives and works in Finland.

Dr. Henning Pfaffhausen is a Partner at The Advisory House AG, in Munich, Germany. He studied electronics in Karlsruhe and earned his Doctorate in Information Technology from the University of Paderborn. Dr. Pfaffhausen’s special expertise lies in Strategic and Organizational Development , Journey Management und Post-Merger Integration.

For more than 15 years, Dr. Pfaffhausen has consulted in the areas of international management and technology for the Energy Sector. In addition to advising selected clients in this sector, Dr. Pfaffhausen heads the Group’s Energy Practice in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Dr. Pfaffhausen lives in the greater Munich, Germany, area.

Governor Scott McCallum, former Governor of Wisconsin, has more than 30 years of executive experience leading organizations in the private, non profit, and government sectors. Elected as one of the youngest State Senators in Wisconsin history, he was re-elected twice, then elected four times as Lt. Governor prior to serving as Governor. As Governor of WI, Gov. McCallum was cited by the Wall Street Journal during the economic slowdown of 2001 as being one of the 'political tough guys' for balancing the budget without raising taxes, while enacting economic reforms and creating efficiencies using technology.

Gov. McCallum has taught Public Policy at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has been an Executive in Residence instructor for Northwestern University, has taught marketing at Sun Yat-Sen University and Hunan University in China. He teaches in the School of Health and Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has numerous publications, most recently a chapter in "Managing Technology to Meet your Mission," and the article "How Technology is Transforming Disaster Relief." He sits on several boards of directors. Gov. McCallum was a finalist for the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
